4 Mile Creek Beach House is a contemporary take on midcentury modern style, spanning over 1500 sqft and nestled along the picturesque shores of Kootenay Lake.

This luxury custom home, designed during Loradana's time at North Mountain Construction Ltd., has ample storage, an ensuite in every bedroom, a chef's kitchen for the hostess, a semi-private utility area, a grand staircase, and a grand open concept gathering area on the main floor with a vaulted ceiling and breathtaking views of the lake.

Kootenay Bay Lake House is a custom family vacation home, featuring a separate rental suite.

This personalized retreat, designed during Loradana's time at North Mountain Construction, includes a private and luxurious primary bedroom, an office space, ample storage, and open-concept living spaces. The addition of a vaulted ceiling on the main floor, along with large windows, encapsulates the picturesque views of Kootenay Lake.

The Newhouse Bathroom Renovation utilized Loradana's expertise in functional space planning, drafting, 3D rendering, material selection, and project coordination. The North Mountain Construction built/managed project involved transforming the original 1990's design by removing obstructive angles, replacing the soaker tub with a custom tiled shower, installing a double vanity, and incorporating a captivating organic feature wall. 

Pine Street Interiors, a part of the development by Cycles Construction in their strata development in Nelson, BC, embody a contemporary yet inviting atmosphere. This design project encompassed three kitchen designs, custom desks, benches, and vanities, as well as finish selections and tile layout plans. Each of these meticulously crafted plans was inspired by a desire to create a warm and welcoming ambiance while incorporating modern design elements. 

Dickieson House, designed by Cycles Construction, was built in 2022. The homeowners, faced with a multitude of decisions during the construction process, turned to Loradana to bring their interior vision to life. This design included finish selections, carefully planned tile layouts, the creation of a stunning custom fireplace, and the initial layout and selection of finishes for the kitchen. The result is a home that showcases creativity, craftsmanship, and the homeowners' personal style.
